The roots of Edmundston Golf stretch back to 1926 when a group of passionate golfers came together to establish a modest course on a section of the Madawaska River basin.

Over the years, the vision for a more sophisticated course grew, and in 1947, renowned course architect Albert Murray was commissioned to design the now-celebrated 18-hole layout.

His thoughtful design incorporated the natural contours of the landscape, resulting in a course that blends seamlessly with the surrounding beauty.

Edmundston Golf championship course quickly gained recognition for its unique design and challenging play.

Rated four stars by Golf Digest, the par-73, 7,000-yard layout features dramatic elevation changes, tricky greens, and scenic fairways framed by mature deciduous and coniferous trees.

SIGNATURE HOLE NO.4: A very picturesque hole where the shot is taken from a very elevated tee and hit over a railroad track. A Par 3 on this hole must be earned as the prevailing cross wind makes it a task to hit this well bunkered green with the tee shot.
